About Us

Dr. Nadia Armentrout was raised in Fairfax County, Virginia. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University. During this time she also worked at the National Institutes of Health and was published in the scientific journal, Proteomics. Dr. Armentrout completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veteran’s Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, a Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). She is trained and licensed to provide Sedation Dentistry. When she is not with her patients providing excellent dental care she enjoys traveling, working out, as well as spending time with her family and friends at home. Dr. Armentrout is excited to be part of the Charles Town community and looks forward to meeting you!

Dr. Christopher Salas was born in Windsor, Ontario Canada and raised in Novi, Michigan. He attended Michigan State University where he pursued a degree in Medical Technology. Dr. Salas further enhanced his education by completing an internship in clinical laboratory science at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He returned to Michigan after completing his residency, and earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Salas has been actively practicing in the Northern Virginia area for the past several years. In his free time, he enjoys staying active in outdoor activities, traveling with his family and learning about new things in the dental field. Dr. Salas is excited to be in Purcellville and is looking forward to sharing his passion of dentistry with the surrounding community.

Allan was born and raised in Fairfax County, VA, and is a graduate of Annandale High School. Allan has been in the field of customer service/public relations for over 30 years. Before joining the team in 2018, Allan worked as a concierge manager for many years in Paris, VA. One of his Allan’s favorite parts of the job is getting to know the patients. In his spare time, Allan enjoys binge watching his favorite Netflix series with his cat, Cooper.

Donna was born and raised in Stephens City, VA. She worked for years in the restaurant and fine dining industry before switching to dental in 2011. Donna excels in patient comfort from when they come in to when they are seated in the chair. She takes extra time to get to know our patients so she can help them in any way possible. When Donna isn’t working, she spends her time with her husband Nick, daughter Hannah, and dogs. Donna enjoys helping in the animal rescue and TNR communities.

I was born and raised in Fairmont, West Virginia. I graduated in 2015 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and family, traveling, and cheering for the WVU Mountaineers!

Sue grew up in Middleway, WV. She attended James Rumsey Vo-Tech in Hedgesville to study Dental assisting. She has been a valuable part of our team since joining Dr. Diaz in 1988. Sue is very sociable and enjoys getting to know patients. She has made a goal of making people comfortable coming to the dentist. Outside of work, Sue enjoys clowning around and being with children.

Jackie is the Director of Operations for ALTV dental. She has over 20 years of experience as a chairside assistant and 7 years as practice manager and stepped into her current role about 6 months ago. She has just received her associate degree in Business Management through Blue Ridge CTC. She and her husband, John, enjoy traveling, running a small group in their home through Covenant Church, and spending time with their family. She is passionate about making personal connections with our patients and is always looking for opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally.

Tracy is the Clinical Director. Tracy has spent the past 26 years in dentistry and the last 10 with Charles Town Smiles. Before she became our clinical director, she served as our Lead Chair Side Assistant. No matter her role, Tracy is an integral part of our team. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her husband, three kids, and grandchild.
